Compared with sea-going ships, inland watercrafts are smaller in size, less equipment, simple to operate, and require lower skill requirements for crew members. At the same time, in the training and assessment process of inland watercraft crews, they are more targeted at the corresponding inland waters, and they do not have the relevant knowledge and ability to navigate in the seas, which is likely to cause accidents.
